Privacy & data protection

Discretion is at the heart of the Arcane service. No asset, principal or buyer is exposed publicly. The data you provide is used solely to qualify and process your request.

• Contact form: identity, email, phone, message, search criteria.
• Partner portal: identity, company or firm, address, email, phone, referral code, asset details, and uploaded documents (mandate, NDA, annexes).
• Newsletter: email address only.
• Team area: login credentials and billing details of advisors and introducers.

Data is processed to perform the business relationship (file review, buyer/asset matching, commission calculation), to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of your consent for the newsletter.

Data is accessible only to Arcane's management and, on a strictly compartmentalised basis, to the relevant introducer for their own profile and commissions. No data is sold or transferred for advertising purposes.

Mandates, NDAs and annexes are stored in a private, non-public space. Viewing them requires a time-limited signed link, generated only for an authenticated administrator.

• Partner files and related documents: duration of the business relationship, then legal archiving.
• Unconverted contact requests: 24 months maximum.
• Newsletter: until unsubscribe request.

Authenticated access, strict role separation (administrator / advisor), database-level security policies, encryption in transit, anti-spam protection on public forms and systematic server-side validation.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to contact.arcaneimmo@gmail.com stating your request. You will receive a reply within one month.

The platform uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Only strictly necessary technical mechanisms (session persistence for the team area) are used.
